The charge for a Probate Valuation is £100 for the first hour and then £80 for each subsequent hour including compiling the report  and further research if needed, and will take approximately one to two hours in the property. 

Insurance Valuation charges are time-based at £80 per hour.  This will allow for research after an initial inspection at your home.

As with all valuations, there is no travel charge within a forty mile radius of Cambridge, but 50 pence per mile thereafter.

Invoices can be paid by B.A.C.S within ten working days after the valuation has been completed.

I do not charge for Auction Valuations provided the items go to Auction. I can organise the transportation of larger items to the Auction House through a "Man and Van" company who I have used for many years and give a professional service. The auction house will charge commission for selling and I can advise which is the best auction house to use.
