The charge for a Probate Valuation is £100 for the first hour and then £80 for each subsequent hour including compiling the report  and further research if needed. and will take approximately one to two hours in the property. 

Insurance Valuation charges are time-based at £80 per hour.  This will allow for research after an initial inspection at your home.

There is no charge for Auction Valuations provided the items go to Auction, but there may be a collection charge depending on the size or number of items. The Auction House will charge commission for selling.

Valuation for items which are not intended for auction carry a rate of £80 per hour.

As with all valuations, there is no travel charge within a forty mile radius of Cambridge, but 50 pence per mile thereafter.

Invoices can be paid by B.A.C.S within ten working days after the valuation has been completed.
